Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We do not accept or allow returns, exchanges, or substitutions of products, whether, gift, single product available for purchase, or otherwise (collectively "Products"), and do not provide refunds. All sales are final. If there is a problem with an order, please reach out to us at help at info@wipalabox.com  for assistance and include your name, order number, and description of problem.

Damaged or Incomplete Shipments

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete shipment of any Product, please contact us immediately at info@wipalabox.com. We must receive notice of a damaged or incomplete shipment within one (1) week of receipt as determined by any available shipment tracking information. Any replacements of Products are made solely in our discretion.
